The myDatalogEASY IoT ATEX is a flexible data logger for outdoor use. Data is collected in ATEX zone 0 via Bluetooth (BLE) and via the 4-20 mA sensor interface. Analogously, up to two sensors can be connected to the myDatalogEASY IoT ATEX and supplied with the corresponding Zener barriers. Different supply options (mains operation, stand-alone with PV, rechargeable battery or battery) are available for operation.
You customize the application (IoT App) flexibly in the Studio. The IoT App “myDatalogEASY IoT ATEX” is preinstalled by default. The application is a 2-channel data logger. For the sensor supply, common sensors with associated zener barrier can already be selected in a drop-down list. The sensor supply voltage and the warm-up time are then set to the correct values.
With the fully integrated IoT platform, you benefit from many advantages as standard, such as device management.
The myDatalogEASY IoT ATEX is a flexible ATEX data logger and can be used as a gateway in ATEX Zone 2. The device collects data from several Bluetooth sensors and transmits it via mobile radio to the IoT platform. In addition, two channels are available for direct connection of sensors up to zone 0.
The IoT platform is fully integrated and offers countless features in the operation and scaling of your applications. In the integrated development environment Studio you create your application. Libraries and examples are available for this purpose.
With the help of the MPP Tracker, the device automatically determines the ideal operating point of the PV module - regardless of the size of the solar panel used. Taking into account the environmental influences (clouds, shading, temperature, ...), the optimum charging power is always achieved.
Up to 22V can be fed into the 4-20mA loop for sensor supply of two sensors. The sensor supply is configured via the warm-up time. Individual adaptation to different sensors is possible from one second.
The myDatalogEASY IoT ATEX will be operated in ATEX Zone 2. Appropriate barriers are integrated in the spacious housing for this purpose. It acquires data from sensors up to ATEX zone 0.

Operate application in ATEX zone without existing infrastructure.
The 30W solar panel is supplied with a pole mounting bracket for poles from 60 to 300mm. The panel provides the power for autonomous operation of two 4-20 mA / 15V probes, which operate with a measurement interval of 1 minute and require 20 seconds warm-up time.
With the outdoor mounting box (340x200x150mm), the myDatalogEASY IoT ATEX is mounted on the masts. A vandal-proof multi-band antenna is already integrated in the box. The outdoor mounting box is also UV-resistant.
With the BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) option it is possible to receive up to 8 BLE sensors in the ATEX zone. The range between the unit and the probe is up to 20m (depending on the environment).
The integration of sensors is easy in the Studio possible. Communication libraries are available for uncomplicated integration (BLE Lib).

For flow and level measurements, up to two radar sensors can be operated with the myDatalogEASY IoT ATEX.
The sensors are adapted for use in the ATEX zone. The power supply takes place via the myDatalogEASY IoT ATEX. The required barriers are permanently installed in the unit.

With the help of the runtime calculator, you can estimate the autonomous runtime of the application as well as the costs incurred.
