As an SDR at Microtronics, you will play a crucial role in our sales process. You are the link between potential customers and our Partner Managers and are responsible for the initial contact, qualification and forwarding of leads. Your tasks will focus on generating new business opportunities and promoting our company’s growth.

Ruprechtshofen/Lower Austria | full-time (part-time) | home office possible

Tasks

  • You plan, optimise and execute outbound lead generation campaigns in coordination with our Partner Manager.
  • You actively approach our potential customers via various channels (telephone, e-mail, LinkedIn).
  • You assess the needs and potential of leads.
  • You arrange meetings between potential customers and the sales team.
  • You record and manage all interactions in our CRM system.
  • You will work closely with our Partner Manager to optimise campaigns, sequences and lead generation strategies.

Requirements

  • Preferably you have 1-2 years experience in an SDR role or in direct sales, ideally in environmental or energy technology.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • You enjoy working in a team.
  • You are interested in the latest trends in the environmental and energy technology sector and are willing to continuously develop your skills.
  • You already have experience with CRM systems for lead management.

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement (for employees in the metal industry) for this position is EUR 2,750.98 gross per month (for 38.5 hours per week). The actual salary is of course based on qualifications and market conformity.

  • You identify bottlenecks, problems or quality deviations and initiate appropriate measures.
  • You are responsible for the regular monitoring and evaluation of key performance indicators.
  • If required, you will also be actively involved.


Requirements profile

  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a related specialisation.
  • You are a team player and a strong communicator.
  • You are characterised by precise and structured work, even in stressful situations.
  • German and English spoken and written are a matter of course for you.
  • Apprentice trainer examination an advantage

The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 3,110.91 gross (for 38.5 hours per week), overpayment depending on professional qualifications and experience.

  • You support the entire department in the organisational development
  • You industrialise products in collaboration with development, internal production and suppliers
  • You accompany products throughout their life cycle: from ramp up to ramp down
  • You are also operationally active and support the sub-departments of logistics, production and quality assurance
