Highly qualified specialists manufacture the hardware with high-tech equipment at the production site in Ruprechtshofen. From electronics development to assembling and testing, the hardware is manufactured in Austria.

The requirements for IoT hardware are individual. From data transmission, sensor interfaces, antennas, use in the ATEX zone to Zener barriers and much more, we fulfil your wishes. The components and data loggers are finished for you in our production facility from as little as one piece.

To adapt the hardware to your needs, we provide online configurators. This ensures that the hardware fits your application and that you have considered all relevant components.

Product life cycle

Each product is uniquely identified by a serial number (SN). All relevant events in the product life cycle are recorded in the associated life file or curriculum vitae (CV).

Entries in the life record are created for the following events, for example:

Product development process (electronics test, device test, programming)
Initial and re-delivery (after RMA)
Configurations of all kind (SW update, server change, PSU exchange, …)
Takeover in case of RMA (at Microtronics or a certified service partner)
Error diagnosis and troubleshooting in the course of RMA processing
