The myDatalogGauge measures the pressure and temperature of up to two sensors for fresh, dirty or grey water in ATEX Zone 1 every 10 seconds. The data is transmitted to the central web platform via mobile radio. When used in venturis and special container geometries, the quantity calculation is determined and alarmed with support point tables on the unit. The commissioning is very simple and possible without a technician.
The myDatalogGauge is characterised by its extremely energy-saving and thus low-maintenance operation. With a transmission interval of at least 24 hours, the maintenance interval is up to 8 years. With the measuring interval of 10 seconds, you react immediately event-based to the over- and undershooting of a defined level. Measurement, recording and transmission intervals are configurable depending on the battery life.
The myDatalog Gauge is certified for use in ATEX Zone 1 hazardous areas. The data is transmitted via mobile radio directly from the ATEX zone to the central web platform.
Parameterisation (setting of offset and trim) is carried out conveniently with the free GaugeBuster app via smartphone directly at the measuring point or alternatively via web platform.
The central web platform offers graphical representations of the historical and current measured values. In addition, automatic reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) can be set up and sent as a PDF by e-mail.
Alerting
The trigger functionality triggers a warning or alarm when the defined threshold value is exceeded or undershot, regardless of the transmission interval. In addition, the recording mode can be automatically adjusted and alarm conditions can be measured and recorded more frequently. No additional hardware such as a float switch is required for this.

In the area around Zeitz, the groundwater level is kept at a defined level with pumps. The myDatalogGauge records the groundwater level and displays the measured values on the online platform. When the threshold value is exceeded, an alarm is sent to the administration by e-mail and SMS.

In tunnel construction, the groundwater level must be constantly monitored and lowered in a controlled manner to allow the tunnel to be driven. cell GmbH has installed a monitoring system with automated pump control and monitoring.
