Cross strut mounting kit for manhole covers DN 600

The installation set consists of the mounting bracket for the radar sensor and the cross strut for installation in a DN 600 manhole cover. The stainless steel mounting bracket is designed to allow the sensor to be optimally aligned. The swivel arm allows the sensor to be positioned above the level to be measured. The precise alignment of the sensor is then carried out via a ball joint.

Attach the swivel arm to the cross strut
Insert the cross strut into the manhole cover so that both hooks engage in the pockets for the dirt trap

Alignment of the radar sensor

By means of an adapter (optional accessory), a laser distance meter can be attached directly to the sensor holder. The adapter fits either in the 1.5″ receptacle of the sensor (precise alignment of the measuring point) or on an additional receptacle on the bracket (measurement of the mounting height with the sensor already mounted and aligned). The adapter is compatible with the following laser distance meters:

Bosch GLM 30
Bosch GLM 40
Bosch GLM 50 C
