Digital Services Act Information

The following information applies only to users based in the European Union and to Microtronics services covered by the EU Digital Services Act.
Microtronics expects employees, customers and partners to treat each other with respect.

The Digital Services Act (DSA) is the legal framework for digital service providers in the European Union to ensure the security of online environments.

1. Point of contact for authorities

In accordance with Article 11 of the Digital Services Act, we provide a point of contact for the authorities of the EU Member States, the EU Commission and the EU Administrative Council. If you represent an authority within the meaning of Art. 11 DSA, you can contact us at isms@microtronics.com. Communication can take place in German or English.

Please provide your full name, contact details and the name of the authority based in the EU on whose behalf you are contacting us.

If you wish to exercise your right, the Austrian data protection authority provides guidelines in the form of forms for such requests. Please send proof of identity with your request. This is required because information or changes to personal data may not be made in the name of third parties.
