The myDatalogMUC is a compact control cabinet device for telecontrol, automation and control tasks. With simple configurations on the online platform, you can conveniently adapt the logic to your requirements.
Whether pump control, energy monitoring, industrial condition monitoring or the control of dosing pumps - with simple configuration options in the IoT platform, you adapt the myDatalogMUC to your measurement and control tasks.
The myDatalogMUC is a complete system with firewall, PLC, router and a platform. The logic of the unit is easily configured via the platform with just a few clicks.
8 industrial interfaces acquire data from analogue or digital sensors and signal transmitters. Communication with machines, control units or sensors takes place via the Modbus interfaces (RS232, RS485). 6 relays and 2 mA outputs enable control tasks and telecontrol. By means of expansion modules, the number of industrial interfaces can be increased to 32, the number of relays to 24 and the number of mA outputs to 8.
With the modern 4G Cat1 technology of the myDatalogMUC 4G can also be used in the 5G network in the long term. As a replacement device without any changeover effort, the 4G variant is the perfect replacement in case of 2G/3G network shutdown.
Central Management & Configuration
The myDatalogMUC is easily configured via the IoT platform. Within a few minutes you can put your control module into operation. Functions such as alerting, dashboards and reports make operation particularly convenient.
The universal inputs and the Modbus interface can also be configured via the IoT platform. Updates of the firmware and the configuration are uploaded to the device over-the-air (OTA).
Web interfaces, such as the RESTful API or OPC-UA, enable you to integrate the data into further systems.
With up to 3 additional extension modules you realize signal intensive applications. There are 8 universal analogue or digital inputs, 1x PT100/1000 input, 6 relays and 2 mA outputs available per extension. The modules are networked with the base unit via a 2-wire RS485 connection.
Module detection automatically masks the additional interfaces in the device management of the IoT platform. You configure them conveniently with just a few clicks.
With the help of the runtime calculator, you can estimate the autonomous runtime of the application as well as the costs incurred. The actual costs and energy consumption depend on the measurement conditions, such as the reception quality and ambient temperature. Detailed information on the tariffs can be found here.
