The myDatalogGauge measures pressure and temperature every 10 seconds from up to two sensors for fresh, dirty or grey water in ATEX Zone 1. The data is transmitted to the central web platform via mobile radio.
When used in venturisers and special container geometries, the volume calculation is determined with support point tables on the unit and alarms are triggered. Commissioning is very simple and possible without a technician.
The myDatalogGauge is characterised by its extremely energy-saving and thus low-maintenance operation. With a transmission interval of at least 24 hours, the maintenance interval is up to 5 years. With the measuring interval of 10 seconds, you react immediately event-based to the over- and undershooting of a defined level. The measuring, recording and transmission interval can be configured depending on the battery life.
The myDatalog Gauge is certified for use in the hazardous area of ATEX Zone 1. The data is transmitted via mobile radio directly from the ATEX zone to the central web platform.
Parameterisation (setting of offset and trim) is done conveniently with the free GaugeBuster app via smartphone directly at the measuring point or alternatively via web platform. GaugeBuster is available for iOS and Android.
The central web platform offers graphical presentations of the historical and current measured values. In addition, automatic reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) can be set up and sent as a PDF by email.
Alarming
The trigger functionality triggers a warning or alarm when the defined threshold value is exceeded or undershot, regardless of the transmission interval. In addition, the recording mode can be automatically adjusted and alarm conditions can be measured and recorded more frequently. No additional hardware such as a float switch is required for this.

The GaugeBuster communicates with your smartphone via BLE. You can synchronise the data to the server via the GSM connection of your smartphone. Depending on the frequency of visits to the measuring point, your measured values are thus available on the server worldwide. GaugeBuster is available for Android and iOS.
