Tasks

  • You coordinate the production staff and ensure their efficient deployment.
  • You ensure the smooth implementation of production processes and work on their continuous improvement.
  • You ensure compliance with quality standards, safety guidelines and deadlines.
  • You identify bottlenecks, problems or quality deviations and initiate appropriate measures.
  • You are responsible for the regular monitoring and evaluation of key performance indicators.

Tasks

  • You support the entire department in the organisational development
  • You industrialise products in collaboration with development, internal production and suppliers
  • You accompany products throughout their life cycle: from ramp up to ramp down

Tasks

  • You will develop analogue and digital circuits for sensor and monitoring units
  • You create relevant simulations and feasibility studies
  • You take care of the qualification of sensors, components and prototypes and the documentation
  • You ensure an EMC-compliant design and participate in the conformity assessment
  • You create the PCB design and accompany the development through to series production
  • You play an active role in overarching system development and work with feedback


Requirements profile

  • You have successfully completed a technical education (university, university of applied sciences, technical college – primarily communications engineering, information technology or computer engineering) or have several years of specialised professional experience
  • You have expertise in electronics development with a focus on energy efficiency, mixed signal designs, antenna design, analogue or digital sensor technology and/or mobile radio transmission
  • You are adept at using EDA tools (such as Altium Designer, KiCad)
  • You are a team player and open to new things
  • German and English spoken and written are a matter of course for you
  • Advantageous:
    • Knowledge of relevant standards and best practices (EMC, ATEX, RED)
    • Experience in high-frequency technology (mobile radio)
    • Knowledge of hardware-related programming and/or scripting for tests

Tasks

  • You create target group-orientated technical documentation, in particular assembly instructions and test reports as proof of conformity to standards (especially CE)
  • You develop content strategies, think about information architecture and manage the content
  • You take care of the selection, introduction, maintenance and connection of documentation tools
  • You will be responsible for technical coordination and contribute to variant maintenance
  • You coordinate the translation into various target languages


Requirements profile

  • You have successfully completed technical training in the fields of mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar or have several years of specialised professional experience
  • You enjoy presenting and communicating complex technical processes in an understandable way
  • You are familiar with version management and documentation systems, such as Subversion, Git, DITA, Confluence, MS Office & SharePoint

    • Overview of standards in the CE environment, knowledge of harmonisation legislation
