As an employee in internal sales, you are a central part of the sales process and work closely with colleagues from technical support , field sales and related departments. You will take responsibility for the support and follow-up of customer enquiries and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and the company’s success through your structured way of working.

Your job

Processing and following up customer enquiries in close coordination with the Sales department and the Technical Support Centre.
Preparation, maintenance and dispatch of quotations and orders in high quality and on time.
Close co-operation with all departments to ensure smooth processes, clear communication and successful order processing.
Maintenance and coordination of internal processes along the quotation process and active participation in the optimisation of sales processes.
Careful maintenance and follow-up of leads and deals as an essential contribution to sales quality, structured customer development and ensuring a transparent sales funnel.

What you bring with you

Completed commercial training and several years of professional experience in internal sales or a similar function.
High degree of personal responsibility, organisational talent and problem-solving skills.
Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems.
Team-orientation, resilience and flexibility.

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement (KV for employees in the metal industry) for this position is EUR 2,855.52 gross per month (for 38.5 hours per week). The actual salary is based on qualifications and previous experience and will be agreed in a personal interview.
