Your job

  • Coordinate team members and deploy them efficiently
  • Ensuring smooth processes and their continuous improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety guidelines and deadlines
  • Identification of bottlenecks, problems and quality deviations
  • Regular monitoring and evaluation of key performance indicators
  • Active cooperation if required

What you bring with you

  • Successfully completed training in the field of mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a related specialisation
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Accurate and structured work, even in stressful situations
  • German and English spoken and written
  • Apprentice trainer examination an advantage

Based on your qualifications and professional experience , we will agree your your actual salary together during the application process. The minimum salary according to the collective agreement (KV Metall Gewerbe) is EUR 3,110.91 gross per month, for 38.5 hours per week.
