Sales Development Representative
(m/w/d)

As an SDR at Microtronics, you will play a crucial role in our sales process. You are the link between potential customers and our key account management:and our key account management and are responsible for the initial contact, qualification and forwarding of leads. Your tasks will focus on generating new business opportunities and promoting our company’s growth.

Your job

  • Outbound campaigns: planning, implementation and optimisation of lead generation campaigns
  • Lead generation: actively approaching potential customers (via telephone, e-mail and LinkedIn, …)
  • Lead qualification: Assessing the needs and potential of leads to ensure, that only qualified leads are forwarded to the key account managers
  • Making appointments between potential customers and our sales team
  • Data maintenance: accurate recording and management of all interactions with potential customers in the CRM system

What you bring with you

  • Experience: Preferably 1-2 years as SDR or in direct sales, ideally in the field of environmental or energy technology
  • Strong communication skills: excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English
  • Proactivity: Ability to independently identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a team: willingness to work together to achieve common goals
  • Willingness to learn: Interest in the latest trends in the field of environmental and energy technology and willingness to undergo continuous further training
  • CRM knowledge: Experience in working with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) is an advantage

Based on your qualifications and professional experience , we will agree your your actual salary together during the application process. The minimum salary according to the collective agreement (KV Metall Gewerbe) is EUR 2,750.98 gross per month, for 38.5 hours per week.
