Price basis/price adjustment
The right is reserved to make price changes. All amounts are in euros and are exclusive of VAT.
Adjustment of the prices takes place annually in accordance with the Austrian consumer price index, i.e. the CPI of Statistics Austria.
Place of jurisdiction
is the court in St Poelten/Austria that has jurisdiction for the relevant matters, subject to the application of Austrian law.
