Teamlead Customer Knowledge (m/f/d)

As Team Lead Customer Knowledge, you will play a central role in developing a modern knowledge and information system for Microtronics. You will ensure that specialist knowledge, product information and experience from all areas are prepared in such a way that our customers and colleagues can make good decisions more quickly – supported by modern tools and AI-based solutions. In doing so, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring that we can continuously provide our contacts with up-to-date Microtronics knowledge that is relevant to them.

Your tasks

Establishment and further development of a clear, practical knowledge structure for products, processes and applications
You will actively communicate with the team, prioritise and plan the allocation of resources, and manage and oversee projects within your area of responsibility
Collaborate with sales, support, product management, and engineering to prepare internal expert knowledge in an understandable way.
Creation and maintenance of product documentation, guidelines and training materials
Further development of the Microtronics Academy (e.g. training materials, videos, tutorials)
Building a knowledge base that can later be targeted at customers using modern tools or AI
Establishing clear processes for how knowledge is collected, reviewed and kept up to date
Supporting the company in scaling up (e.g. international markets, subsidiaries)

What you bring with you

Experience in technical documentation, knowledge management, training/academy or a similar role
Enjoyment in presenting complex technical topics in a simple and understandable way
Good communication and organisational skills
Technical understanding in the field of hardware and software
Structured approach and eye for quality
Very good knowledge of German and English – other languages are an advantage
Initial management experience is an advantage, but not essential.

The minimum wage under the collective agreement (Metal and Manufacturing Sector) is EUR 3,800 gross per month, based on a 38.5-hour working week. Based on your qualifications and professional experience, we will agree on your actual salary together during the application process.
