You are an organisational talent with strong communication skills and management experience and would like to lead a dedicated team in internal sales? Your job

Technical and organisational management of the office team
Ensuring smooth day-to-day business and optimal team performance
Support and motivation of the team in the processing of customer enquiries and orders as well as the preparation of quotations
Close cooperation with the Technical Support Centre for the purpose of preparing quotations
Coordination and optimisation of internal processes and interfaces with other departments
Creation of reports and analyses for performance measurement
Close cooperation with the Head of Sales and support with strategic projects

What you bring with you

Completed commercial training or studies in the field of economics, management or comparable
Experience in a managerial or coordinating position, ideally in internal sales or a similar function
Strong communication and leadership skills
High degree of personal responsibility, organisational talent and problem-solving skills
Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems.

Based on your qualifications and professional experience , we will agree your your actual salary together during the application process. The minimum salary according to the collective agreement (KV Metall Gewerbe) is EUR 3,341.50 gross per month for 38.5 hours per week.
