What's the solution about?
The S.CAP is a smart retrofit hydrant cap. The specially developed electronics are based on the M220 module.
It detects not only the unscrewing of the cap itself, but also when the hydrant is filled with water. This is documented and alarms are triggered if necessary.
At the end of the year, those hydrants that were opened during the year can be checked. This saves both time and money.
Commissioning is very simple and is accompanied by acoustic feedback. Any illegal commissioning or theft of water is registered. This can protect critical infrastructure.
