Production staff (m/f/d)

As an electronics manufacturing technician, your role will involve assembling, finishing and testing electronic assemblies and devices. You will carry out quality checks to ensure that production runs smoothly. To this end, you will work to technical specifications and consistently adhere to quality, safety and ESD guidelines. Our goal is to manufacture our products as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible to boost customer satisfaction and enhance the company’s competitiveness.

Your job

  • Assembly: You will apply your technical knowledge to carry out precise assembly work and manufacture components and sub-assemblies in accordance with work instructions.
  • Production: You will carry out set-up work independently and actively support other departments (logistics) with picking parts.
  • Plant control: You will operate various programmes and systems designed to add value to our products. This includes microscopes, testing equipment and much more.
  • Quality control: You ensure that all relevant processes meet quality standards. You collect relevant data and analyse it to identify weaknesses and capitalise on opportunities for improvement.
  • Communication: You will work alongside internal departments (e.g. Procurement, Logistics, Development).

What you bring with you

  • Several years of professional experience in a technical or trade-related field. Ideally in the electronics sector.
  • You are a team player, self-organised and set your own priorities in line with the timetables.
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a structured approach to work
  • Very good German and good English skills

The minimum wage under the collective agreement (KV Metall Gewerbe) is EUR 2,627.28 gross per month, based on a 38.5-hour working week. We will agree your actual salary together during the application process, based on your qualifications and professional experience.
