Please note that the antenna requires a conductive surface (ground plane dependent). If it is mounted on a plastic housing rather than a metal housing (e.g. a control cabinet), a metal plate measuring at least 30 x 30 cm must be mounted beneath the antenna. There must be an electrical connection to the metal plate via the antenna’s mounting nut.
